Ski Marmot Basin is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the ticket office, manage sales of lift tickets and related products, and deliver outstanding guest service across in-person, phone, and email channels. Working with the Guest Services Manager, you will schedule staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance while coordinating with Finance on reporting and reconciliation of monetary transactions.
