The Operations

Manager will report to the Executive Director of Indigenous Engagement and Applied Research. This position is pivotal in enhancing the functionality of the Tsi Titewaya’taró:roks Indigenous Centre, ensuring effective service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading staff teams, administering student support programs, and nurturing Indigenous cultural practices. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations for the Indigenous Centre
Provide leadership and direction to Centre staff
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards




Support student wellbeing initiatives and resource access
Collaborate with community partners for successful programs Requirements:
Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, or similar
At least three years of experience in relevant environments
Solid understanding of Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe traditions
Proven budgeting and financial oversight skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities Lead and inspire growth and connectedness among Indigenous students and communities through effective management.
