Northwood in Halifax is seeking a Dynamic Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) to join the Home Support Cluster Care team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, assisting clients and families, and working within an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications include completion of a recognized CCA program, provincial CCA certification, First Aid/CPR, and solid communication and organizational skills. The position is based at the GBI Building in Halifax, with 60 hours bi-weekly.
