Quilt is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to provide companionship for an independent mother living in Tecumseh, Windsor. The role focuses on friendly conversation, wellbeing checks, and reassurance, with the mother handling daily tasks herself.
Two 2-hour sessions per week are planned (Tue/Thu 10:00–12:00). Fluency in English or Italian is required; trust-building with a hesitant client is essential for a positive ongoing caregiver-family partnership.
