What is the opportunity?
The Client Complaints Appeal Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes being made to our operating model, we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem-solving mindset, that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.

What will you do?

Support management with initiatives including support with introduction of new tools and technology, process mapping and improvement

Support management with regulatory changes/initiatives

Provide support with data/compliance verification

Support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals

Accept and successfully execute change (processes, tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities

What do you need to succeed?

Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

Preferably, experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management, project management, compliance, audit or administration.

Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervision

Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or

If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
