Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking an Addiction Recovery Support Staff for our Men’s Recovery Program in Winnipeg. This role provides supervision, safety oversight, and daily support within the in-residents program, maintaining a respectful, healthy recovery setting.
You will assist with daily operations, program activities, and documentation, while supporting kitchen responsibilities and spiritual mentorship in a Christ-centered ministry setting.
