Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedframer and Drywaller to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience inmetal framing, drywall installation, andfinishing work (mudding, taping, and sanding). This position requires proven experience working oncommercial high-rise projectsand the ability to complete tasks to high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities
Installing the metal and wooden frame (studs and tracks) for drywall installation
Hang drywall steel framing efficiently and accurately on walls and ceilings
Knowledge of different type of fire rated shaft wall institution (framing, shaft panels and drywall)
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans
Ensure work meets commercial building codes, city codes and safety standards
Work collaboratively with other trades and site supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Complete tasks on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship

Requirements




Proven experience withcommercial high-rise construction
Skilled inmudding, taping, and sanding
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Familiarity with commercial construction tools and equipment
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
Robust attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications
OSHA certification or relevant safety training
Working at heights
Experience working in occupied or quick-paced commercial environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
