West Coast Reduction Ltd. is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to drive Beyond Oil pilots, onboarding and ongoing customer support for restaurant and commercial kitchen clients in the Lower Mainland and BC.

You will work closely with installers, kitchen teams and Redux partners to ensure smooth adoption and program success. Travel across Metro Vancouver and BC is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.
