BRP is seeking a Team Lead – Customs Classification and Compliance to guide tariff classification and cross‑border regulatory work. You will supervise a team of 3–4, mentor staff, and drive service quality while managing the budget.

The role covers HS classification, client advisory on tariffs, and compliance for Canada and the U.S. You will analyze processes, partner with Operations and Logistics, and implement improvements. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
