Become a key part of the Customs Border Services program as a part time teaching faculty member. Engage with students through structured learning experiences that cater to their diverse educational needs. This role is under the direction of the Associate Dean for Human and Justice Studies and focuses on applying a range of teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
You will develop course materials aligned with professional standards and support students through individualized feedback. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver courses using cutting-edge adult education principles
Create and refine course materials based on up-to-date developments
Foster an inclusive classroom setting for diverse learners
Assess student performance through strategic feedback and tutoring
Maintain effective communication with colleagues and partners Requirements:
Baccalaureate Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
Canada Border Service Agency Officer Induction Program completion required
Minimum of 3 years CBSA experience is necessary
Previous post-secondary teaching experience is an advantage
