Support residents in social activities as a Senior Programs Aide at Extendicare. Your work will encourage participation and enrich their quality of life through tailored programs. This full time position involves collaboration with the Programs Manager and utilizing your creativity to design meaningful recreational experiences.

You will facilitate a range of engaging activities, ensuring residents’ interests and abilities guide your programming. Set up and clean up efficiently, while also documenting program outcomes for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead diverse recreational activities
Ensure secure resident participation and support during programs
Maintain records of resident engagement and program success




Assist in organizing special events and celebrations
Comply with all health and organizational policies Requirements:
Background in social programming or elder care
