This role calls for an experienced leader with over 12 years in the field, including significant expertise in estimating practices. You will provide mentorship while ensuring project estimates are accurate, validated, and completed on time. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor estimating specialists for accuracy
Confirm and oversee all project estimate details
Develop and implement effective bid strategies
Manage tender closings and complex project timelines
Foster relationships with clients and subcontractors Requirements:
Relevant diploma or degree in engineering or construction
12+ years of combined estimating and field experience
At least 5 years in a senior estimating role
Solid knowledge of risk assessment and bid strategies
