This permanent position involves working two weeks on and off, requiring proven skills in mechanical maintenance combined with solid adherence to safety standards. Candidates must hold a minimum of a 3rd Class Marine Engineer Certificate. Key Responsibilities:
Execute routine mechanical maintenance and major repairs
Collaborate with the crew during ship operations
Prepare and manage maintenance reports in SINEX
Ensure compliance with Transport Canada certifications
Travel to various local sites for maintenance tasks Requirements:
Valid Canadian 3rd Class Marine Engineer Certificate
Advanced written and spoken English skills
Relevant marine engineering experience preferred
