Customer Service - SeasonalApply: Calgary, AB: Part time: Posted Today: End Date: October 16, 2026 (29 days left to apply): R267622Summary:Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service when answering customer calls to process orders, answer general customer inquiries and customer complaints in an inbound customer service center.Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner Provide a legendary experience for every customer and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs Use current Point-of-Sale (POS) and Inventory (SAP) systems to accurately and appropriately complete customer transactions following all policies including those requiring checking for identification and age requirements; knowledge of how to process debit, credit cards, etc Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope Assist asset protection in following all procedures and policies, including: checking inside products, checking for price switches,
