Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex client Health & Perks relationships
Deliver strategic guidance on plan design and funding
Analyze financial and benchmarking data for solutions
Negotiate competitive benefit plans with carriers
Create and present client analyses and recommendations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive health consulting experience (10+ years)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven experience with client negotiations
