In the co-op position with EQ Bank, you will support the team responsible for operational excellence in the Face-to-Face Acquisition channel. Your work will include internal audits, compliance reviews, and data analysis, contributing to strategic initiatives and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations with project and reporting support
Carry out internal reviews of operational processes
Analyze customer and operational data to uncover insights
Help develop an effective asset management strategy
Create and maintain reports and process documentation Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Business or Finance co-op program
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to present findings clearly and concisely
