We are looking for an Experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time position in West Chester, US. This hands-on, in office role supports critical infrastructure with operational responsibilities. In this position, your technical skills will be paramount as you manage hardware installations, structured cabling, and server operations.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. You’ll work closely with team members and document procedures to ensure effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
Handle hardware installations and migrations consistently
Execute structured cabling, copper and fiber types
Perform server racking, stacking, and labeling accurately
Document all work with photos and comprehensive notes
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity problems effectively Requirements:
2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure
Solid cabling expertise with Cat5e/6 and fiber options
Experience with Dell, HP, or Supermicro server hardware
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and work in raised floors
