As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing cash collection, minimizing bad debt, and supporting revenue growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Credit, you’ll leverage your expertise in global B2B credit risk to deliver best-in-class processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance.
Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to resolve credit requests and provide alternative recommendations.
Approve payment term requests and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Support acquisition integration and strategic projects to enhance credit risk practices.
Drive continuous improvement in credit granting and collections processes

What You’ll Bring:
CP or accounting designation is an asset.
5+ years of B2B credit experience (global software/high-tech preferred).
Solid financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and change management abilities.
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
Cooperative, organized, and driven by continuous improvement.
