Become a vital part of S&R; Group as a Dietitian, delivering essential nutrition care in long-term settings both in-person and remotely. Focus on enhancing the well-being of residents through tailored nutritional strategies. As a full-time Dietitian, you’ll work in Kitchener and Cambridge, maintaining a monthly minimum of 30 minutes per resident.

Your expertise will guide nutritional assessments, dietary modifications, and health education for residents and families, while collaborating with a energetic health care team. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate residents’ nutrition and hydration
Complete timely assessments and assist during admissions
Develop and adapt nutrition care plans collaboratively
Lead training sessions for dietary staff
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
Registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
At least two years of experience in long term care
