Take on a pivotal role at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC as an Administrative Coordinator for the Investigation Committee. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the committee and facilitating effective communication among various stakeholders.
Your tasks include managing complaint files, drafting necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with the Health Professions and Occupations Act. A background in healthcare and familiarity with medical language are advantageous. Key Responsibilities:
Compile supporting materials for the Investigation Committee
Draft and distribute meeting correspondence and minutes
Liaise with investigators and medical reviewers effectively
Maintain accurate electronic records for all files
Coordinate meetings, including logistical arrangements Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education in admin practices
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
