Pass trays and modify diets as required
Regularly clean work areas and kitchen equipment
Oversee dish room and pot washing duties

Maintain stock of clean kitchen supplies Requirements:
Secondary School diploma or higher is required
Minimum of three years in hospital food services
Mandatory Food Handlers Certificate
