Welcome and assist guests through their experience
Manage staff activities and delegate tasks effectively
Coordinate fun and engaging events for families
Ensure operational standards for cleanliness and safety
Support team morale and productivity through positive leadership Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or guest relations
Must be at least 18 years old
Required First Aid and Food Hygiene certifications
