As the Electric Generation Engineering Leader, you will strategically oversee engineering functions that improve performance, safety, and modernization of the power generation systems.

You will mentor an experienced team, collaborate cross-functionally, and make key decisions that affect the community’s reliability and service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Electric Generation engineering initiatives and team development
Provide technical oversight for gas turbine operations and upgrades
Manage outage plans and post-outage evaluations
Foster improvements in asset reliability and operational efficiency
Guide capital planning and lifecycle strategies for generation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred
7+ years in related power generation experience
5+ years in a management role
APEGA Skilled Engineer certification
