They are responsible for maintaining an acceptable employment rate of graduates within a specified period after program completion.Essential FunctionsWork with employers to request practicum opportunities for students with the potential of hiring afterwardsWorks directly with students prior to graduation as well as afterwards on cover letter and resume developmentProvide students and graduates with relevant employment opportunities, including updating job boards monthlyFacilitate opportunities for students to connect with employers utilizing job fairs, campus recruitment programs, networking events,



and online resourcesWorks alongside employers to organize job fairs at the campusFacilitate development workshops geared toward helping students improve:Cover Letter and Resume WritingInterview PreparationMock Interview/Interview QuestionsWork with the Director of Career Services to reach employment goals and prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports based on required dataCommunicate new hires to campus staffWork professionally in a team environmentOther duties as requested by the Campus DirectorPosition RequirementsFormal Education and Job-Related Experience: This position requires a minimum formal education of a Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration or a related field.
