Mejuri in Canada is seeking a Floor Lead to drive exceptional in-store service, coach teammates, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.
You will lead by example, maximize KPI performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain Mejuri’s brand standards in a quick-paced, high-volume retail environment.
This role requires evening and weekend availability and physical stamina to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs while fostering customer-focused experiences.
