Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver application production support for Appian
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 production issues with a focus on resolution




• Optimize application performance through tuning and monitoring
• Manage application deployments and release processes

Requirements:
• 6-8 years of Appian BPM experience
• Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting
• Background in Intelligent Document Processing
• Strong change management understanding
