About the Position
We are looking for a Warehouse Floor Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our green coffee warehouse. In this role, you will help organize workflow on the warehouse floor, coordinate team activities, and ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.

You will work closely with warehouse and logistics personnel to keep operations organized and moving efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day

Organize the daily workflow and distribute assignments among warehouse team members

Monitor the progress of incoming and outgoing orders

Make adjustments to priorities based on operational needs

Check completed orders to ensure quantities and information are accurate

Coordinate receiving activities and communicate with incoming drivers

Inspect shipment seals and report any discrepancies

Work with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure required paperwork is complete

Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational needs

Assist with forklift activities when required

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

Follow company procedures related to safety, quality, and inventory handling

Carry out additional operational duties as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics,



or distribution environment

Experience coordinating the work of a small team

French and English communication skills

Good judgment and the ability to make decisions regarding work priorities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stay organized while handling several priorities

Comfortable working in a fast-moving workplace

Good communication and teamwork skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is an asset

Schedule
This position requires availability for rotating shifts:

Day: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Evening: 3:30 p.m. - midnight
