Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics for the Kimberley market.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Assist sales representatives in closing complex deals and resolving customer issues.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.




Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
Requirements Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Previous experience in a sales leadership or team management role.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
