Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Etobicoke facility. You will lead the production team, hire, train, and direct entry-level staff, and ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met.
You will maintain inventory, uphold safety policies, and ensure OSHA compliance; this is a hands-on management role with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
