Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor pharmacy team members
• Manage timely medication preparation and dispensing
• Ensure medication inventory meets patient needs
• Engage with customers positively about their medications
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and sales growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Class A license
• At least 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Solid customer service and management skills
• Expertise in community-based marketing strategies
• Experience with Healthwatch and KROLL systems is advantageous
