AgeCare is seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide comprehensive HR guidance across its Ontario communities. In this position, you’ll partner with leadership, navigating complex employee relations and ensuring adherence to HR policies. Your expertise will foster an engaged workforce, ensuring effective resolution of workplace challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide management on performance and employee relations issues
• Support the application of collective agreements
• Coach on conflict resolution and workplace culture




• Oversee WSIB and attendance management programs
• Maintain discretion in handling sensitive HR matters

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or diploma in HR Management
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Robust foundational knowledge of labour relations
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
