We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage and improve the company’s digital presence across multiple channels. You’ll work with campaigns, online content, audience engagement, and performance data to help deliver effective digital marketing initiatives.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, understands how digital audiences behave, and likes testing ideas to improve results.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Digital Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and support digital campaigns across relevant online channels.

Content & Engagement: Help develop and manage website, email, social media, and other digital content while keeping messaging consistent.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign activity, website engagement, social performance, and other relevant metrics.

Optimization: Review results, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve digital campaigns and audience engagement.

Audience Research: Research customer behavior, competitors, industry developments, and digital trends to support marketing decisions.





Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate digital marketing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in digital marketing, online marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field

Understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign fundamentals

Strong written communication and content skills

Comfortable working with analytics, spreadsheets, and digital platforms

Ability to interpret performance information and identify trends

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Creative approach combined with practical problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
