UNC Faculty Physicians in Chapel Hill, NC is recruiting a full time Advanced Practice Provider for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. This role focuses on comprehensive care for children with significant health challenges.

In this demanding position, you'll deliver evidence-based inpatient and outpatient care, participating actively in clinical research and educational activities. Weekend and holiday shifts are integral to the role, ensuring continuity of care for vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily rounds with multidisciplinary teams
• Address and manage acute cancer care emergencies




• Conduct outpatient assessments and chemotherapy management
• Educate families on care processes and symptom control
• Take part in clinical trials and academic discussions

Requirements:
• Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree
• State licensure and national certification needed
• Previous pediatric experience required
• BLS and PALS certification mandatory
• Current DEA registration necessary
