We are currently seeking a a highly organized and results-oriented Estimation Coordinator to join our team.
Develop cost estimates from contract drawings and specifications independently.
Create budget estimates based on conceptual renderings.
Source pricing for specialty components and subcontractor work.
Research manufacturers and obtain equipment/component pricing.
Accurately estimate project hours, including detailing, project management, and installation.
Lead project kickoff meetings to align scope and estimate documentation.
Evaluate and negotiate bids to secure competitive pricing.
Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
Perform other related duties as assigned




Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects.
Skills / Abilities :
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously
Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
Self-motivator and responsible attitude
Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred.
Basic Qualifications :
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction industry
Post-Secondary degree in mechanical engineering (Mandatory)
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD (preferred)
Driver's License G
