In this on-site role at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will deliver innovative mental performance programs while working closely with a diverse team. Your background in sports psychology will be key in facilitating workshops and providing one-on-one coaching. You will also contribute your expertise in creating valuable teaching materials tailored to specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and deliver mental performance workshops
• Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to clients
• Collaborate with teams to develop training materials
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs as required
• Evaluate and report on program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience in mental performance coaching
• CPSA Skilled Membership required
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• Bilingualism (English and French) preferred
