DFP seeks a Gas and Heating Engineer to deliver essential services across the North East. Use your skills to conduct maintenance and repairs to vital installations in care homes and local councils.

This role covers a range of responsibilities from diagnosing heating systems to managing compliance paperwork effectively. As a Gas Engineer, you will ensure all work exceeds customer expectations while maintaining health and safety standards. You’ll provide timely maintenance & repairs across a variety of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair gas heating equipment
• Maintain and complete PPM certification on PDA
• Identify additional work opportunities accurately
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and appraisals

Requirements:
• Qualified in commercial gas with Gas Safe registration
• Minimum one year commercial gas experience preferred
• Clean UK driving license
• Robust communication skills, both written and oral
• IT proficiency and a customer-focused mindset
