Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and document sessions in Rethink
• Ensure fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans




• Engage in new-hire check-ins and team meetings
• Communicate professionally with BCBAs and families

Requirements:
• 6 months experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Proven experience in ABA data collection
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, and reliability
