Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Agile projects from planning through release
• Create and manage effective delivery roadmaps
• Foster a collaborative team environment and resolve conflicts
• Facilitate project communication and reporting
• Lead initiatives to improve Agile processes and outcomes

Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a multi-team setting
• 5+ years in project management or software development
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence
• Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner certification
