About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Furniture Warehouse/Delivery Associate to join our agile team. This role is vital in ensuring the productive handling, transportation, and delivery of furniture products to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering furniture items while maintaining high standards of professionalism and care throughout each interaction. The job is split between both deliveries and warehouse work where you will take part in assembly, receiving containers, loading our transfer trucks and other general warehouse duties. We operate our warehouse Monday through Saturday and deliveries occur Tuesday through Saturday.
What You'll Do Safely load and unload furniture items using appropriate equipment
Deliver furniture to customers’ locations accurately and on schedule, following designated routes
Assist customers with product placement and setup upon delivery, ensuring satisfaction
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance
Operate commercial vehicles including box trucks with manual transmissions, adhering to all traffic laws
Load and secure furniture items properly to prevent damage during transit




Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Assist in warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment
Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and moving furniture safely
Follow safety protocols diligently during all warehouse activities and deliveries
What We're Looking For Proven experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or related roles involving furniture or heavy goods
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks with manual transmission preferred
Demonstrated ability in customer service, providing professional assistance during deliveries
Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
Strong knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety standards
Prior experience with courier or delivery driver roles is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
