Working under the Residential & Recovery Team Leader, you will assess and implement care plans, utilizing your knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation and psychiatric medications effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on patient assessments and care planning
Implement individualized care strategies
Administer and observe medication effects
Involve families in care discussions
Provide continuous support during client interactions Requirements:
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
Completion of necessary nursing courses
Minimum three years' experience in mental health care
Class V BC Driver's License required
Effective communication and organizational skills Support the mental health community through skilled nursing care at Northern Health.
