Lead care for clients living with HIV
Administer medications and ensure accuracy
Document care plans and weekly summaries
Engage in effective communication with healthcare providers
Offer compassionate end-of-life palliative support Requirements:
Degree in nursing and active Saskatchewan RN license
Experience in addiction medicine is a plus
Robust leadership and communication skills required
Ability to work with vulnerable populations strongly preferred
