CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems across assigned facilities in Markham. You will support operations including electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, and HVAC, prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor performance, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, run weekly fire pumps, test monthly generators, and assist with large meeting-room setups in a high-stakes medical workplace.
