Elevate the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) as a Membership Growth Coordinator, responsible for enhancing membership through targeted recruitment strategies. This full time, hybrid role emphasizes relationship building within the landscape sector.

Your mission is to implement national campaigns, support member retention, and effectively communicate the benefits of membership to both recent and lapsed members. Working alongside provincial associations, you'll aim to achieve ambitious growth objectives that contribute to a thriving member community. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of national membership campaigns
Assist in promoting the advantages of belonging to CNLA
Re-engage lapsed members through targeted outreach initiatives




Conduct member interviews to identify needs and improvements
Partner with Executive Directors to define membership growth goals Requirements:
Proven experience in membership services or marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
