Develop and facilitate clinical education programs for staff
Spearhead initiatives for continuous career development




Work alongside leaders to ensure high-quality client care
Promote evidence-informed practices within the organization
Enhance workforce capability through training and onboarding Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
At least five years of clinical leadership experience
Strong understanding of mental health and addictions
Experience in educational program development
