You’ll be responsible for providing in-depth support and coordination, applying various tools and technologies to manage client needs. Your experiences in client service will be crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Address inquiries about income and disability assistance
Work collaboratively with Employment and Assistance Workers
Utilize computer programs for client management
Provide effective service even in high-pressure situations
Support clients experiencing poverty or mental health issues Requirements:
Secondary school graduation or equivalent
Experience in customer service in rapid-paced settings
Proficient with applications like MS Word and Excel
