The City of Victoria is inviting applications for a Land Development Technologist for a temporary role of up to 18 months.

You will coordinate the review of engineering aspects for various permits while ensuring alignment with municipal regulations. Collaborate with different stakeholders to facilitate smooth development processes and provide vital technical input. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering review for Development and Building Permits
Analyze designs for adherence to city environmental standards
Perform site inspections and monitor compliance issues




Prepare and submit reports to Council regarding developments
Assist the public and contractors with technical queries Requirements:
Technical Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering (2 years)
Registration or eligibility for A.Sc.T. designation
Four years relevant skilled experience
Skilled in interpreting engineering standards and documentation
