Your responsibilities will include attending to personal hygiene, supporting clients with daily activities, and managing their medication needs. Working alongside a dedicated care team, your contributions will significantly impact the lives of our aged care clients. Key Responsibilities:
Care for clients according to personalized plans
Encourage clients to develop personal independence
Assist with personal care, including showering and dressing
Help clients manage their medication regime
Participate in a holistic care approach with the team Requirements:
Aged Care Certificate III or equivalent certification
First Aid and CPR certification necessary
Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations required
National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
