You will mentor players through 15 hours of coaching weekly and perform administrative tasks to support program operations.

Your role will also involve crafting training programs and fostering collaboration among coaches to elevate overall team dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive basketball coaching to diverse age groups
Schedule and conduct training sessions and games




Keep detailed records on player attendance and performance
Assist in player recruitment for the basketball program
Collaborate with management on performance metrics and rewards Requirements:
Demonstrated experience coaching youth basketball
In-depth understanding of training methods and strategies
