Mattr is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer in Calgary (Hybrid) to own the design, build, and delivery of automation solutions that improve plant operations and manufacturing performance. You will drive projects end-to-end, from concept through commissioning, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Plant teams.

The role requires robust PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text), machine design and BOM creation, and hands-on experience commissioning systems in industrial settings.
