- Advise management and employees on the interpretation and application of compensation structures, benefits, leave entitlements, and workplace policies.
- Plan and support recruitment strategies, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate assessment, and participation in interview and selection processes.
- Coordinate and oversee employee performance management processes,



including appraisal frameworks, attendance monitoring, and job performance evaluations.
- Design and administer onboarding, safety orientation, and training programs to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
- Manage human resources records and information systems and prepare analytical HR reports to support management decision‑making.
- Provide qualified guidance on employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment standards.
